Thanks for this. I have struggled with suicidal tendencies for a very long time and I have hardly ever talked about it. Today at school I started writing an analysis about a songs lyrics. I had interpreted it to be about suicide, and what started off as a song analysis turned into an autobiography. It ended up being several pages long instead of just a paragraph. I decided I would look for a blogging site and maybe post it online and see if letting it out would give me any healing. I found this site and your blog. Now I’m typing up what I wrote in my notebook.

Nice post. This last weekend I had suicidal thoughts and actually made a plan. I put my rifle in my mouth just to see how it would work.
I had been drinking. I called a suicide prevention hotline because I had no one else to talk to about how I was feeling.
Many of your facts revolve around being sensitive and open to anyone talking about suicide and I appreciate it.
